2 single rooms in an Australian home, in the suburb of Arncliffe. Will sui 2 quiet students, each wanting their own room. Or Euro' couple. Rooms are private, but adjoining each other. Private entrance, fully furnished. Arncliffe is 12 minutes on the direct train line south from Town Hall/Central/Redfern.
$110 per week each per room. Rent includes all electricity, gas, water, basic internet and many sundry items. Or if you want both rooms for yourself $160, use one room as study, one as bedroom.

- We are seeking fairly quiet students studying and/or working, and planning to stay in Sydney for at least 5 months.
